Session-prep audit

Five questions. Two minutes. A score that tells you how much of your session prep is reconstruction (looking up notes, mining memory) versus review (reading what already happened). The lower your score, the more you'd benefit from a between-session layer.

  1. 1. How long do you spend preparing for a typical 1:1 session?

  2. 2. How often do you start a session with "so, how was your week?" because you don't have a better entry point?

  3. 3. When did you last spot a client drifting away before they said something?

  4. 4. How do you currently track between-session work (Homework / assignments)?

  5. 5. How visible is your client's progress to them, between sessions?
